How do I know you’re actually working? I can see a Sales Director sitting in the office, but I can't see you.

That is exactly why you have access to our CRM portal. You can log in at anytime and see exactly who we called, who we quoted, and what revenue we booked. You will actually have more visibility into my activity than you would with an employee hiding in a back office.

How can you sell my hotel if you aren't here? You don't know the area.

Corporate buyers don't buy 'the area'—they buy rates, points, and contract terms. I have access to the same Smith Travel (STR) data and Google Maps that a local rep has. I can identify every construction project and corporate HQ within 5 miles of your front door without needing to drive past it.

Do you also represent the Hilton Garden Inn across the street? I don't want to pay you to fill them up instead of me.

Absolutely not. We have a strict 'Anti-Greed' Exclusivity Clause in our contract. If we work for you, we are contractually banned from working for any hotel in your competitive set. We fight for your market share, period.

Will you handle weddings and birthday parties? That’s what takes up most of my time.

We specialize in high-value B2B corporate and group sales. We will handle the room blocks for weddings, but we do not handle catering menus, room setup, or party planning. We take the revenue work off your plate so your on-site team has time to manage the parties.

Can't we just do a 10% commission on bookings? I'd rather pay for performance.

Commission-only models actually hurt you. They incentivize sales reps to fight over 'who gets credit' for a booking rather than finding new business. Our flat retainer model ensures I handle everything—strategy, RFPs, and contracts—without you ever having to audit a reservation to see if I 'earned' my check. It’s cheaper and cleaner for you.
